Ingredients |
|
1 bottle | Red wine |
175 ml | apple juice (unsweetened) |
175 ml | elderberry juice (unsweetened) |
1 bag | black tea |
2 pcs. | cinnamon stick |
8 g | Vanilla Sweet |
3 | cloves |
1 | star anise |
1 | apple |
1/2 | lemon |
1 | orange (not sprayed) |
2 EL | Golden Sweet |
How it's done:
Boil the juice together in a pot, remove from the heat and hang in the tea bags. Leave it for 3 minutes and then remove the bag.
Put the cloves and star anise into a strainer and add to the juice together with the red wine, cinnamon and Vanilla Sweet. Wash the oranges well, cut into quarters, cut into slices and add to the saucepan. Also wash the apple well, remove the core, dice and add to the punch. Squeeze out the juice of the lemon and add to the punch with the Golden Sweet.
Then the mulled wine has to boil for about 30 - 40 minutes on a low heat. It is important to keep the time, otherwise the spices will become too dominant. Before serving, remove the spices and serve with the fruits.
Tip: If you like add a shot of vodka to the punch.
