ingredients |
|
500 ml | water |
120 g | NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol |
2-3 | lemons |
50 g | raspberries |
ice and lemon slices to serve |
how it's done:
Heat water and NO SUGAR SUGAR in a pot (low heat) until the sugar substitute has completely dissolved. Remove the pot from the stove and let cool.
Squeeze out the lemons and add the juice (about 100ml) to the NO SUGAR SUGAR-water.
Warm the raspberries in a small pot with 2 tablespoons of water for about 5 minutes while constantly whisking. Push the raspberry mixture through a fine sieve, collect the juice and let cool. Stir together the raspberry juice and the lemonade and serve with lots of ice and lemon slices.
Ramona's conclusion: The taste is amazing! To me, this lemonade is not too sweet and the sugar substitute doesn't taste artificial. NO SUGAR SUGAR dissolved well. I had to calculate the necessary amount of sugar substitute, which is a minimal cutback (although this had something to do with laziness ;) ).
