100g | Forest fruits (fresh or frozen) |
1 | banana |
8 g | Vanilla Sweet |
250 ml | milk |
ggf. 3-4 | ice cubes |
How to do it:
Pour all the ingredients into a mixer and finely puree it. If fresh forest fruits are used, you can add the ice cubes to the smoothie before mixing, to make it more firm and colder.
