ingredients for 3-4 persons |
|
300g | frozen fruits |
60g | NO SUGAR SUGAR Xylit |
100g | plain yoghurt (1,5% fat) |
how it's done:
For this yoghurt ice cream you can take any fruits you like. Either buy frozen fruits or freeze them yourself over night. Puree the frozen fruits together with NO SUGAR SUGAR Xylit using a food processor until it's creamy. Add in the yoghurt, and it's ready!
It's best when consumed directly after preparation, but if you want to freeze it again, you should take it out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving so it can thaw slightly.
Ramona's conclusion: As regards taste, all of the NO SUGAR SUGAR products completely convinced me. Neither me, nor my family, who has tried my creations as well, noticed any difference compared to regular sugar. Saving lots of calories and not losing any taste is a huge advantage to me. Another advantage is that the products are suitable for people with food intolerances as well as diabetics. Using the substitutes was super easy and worked well with all the recipes.
