Strawberry Tiramisu

ingredients

300g Ladyfinger
700g frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
130g NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia
2–4cl Cointreau
500g fresh strawberries
500g mascarpone
6 egg yolks
  cocoa powder for dusting

how it's done:

Thaw and puree the frozen strawberries, and add lemon juice, NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia and Cointreau to taste. Cut the fresh strawberries into pieces. Whisk the egg yolks with NO SUGAR SUGAR over a hot water bath, then add mascarpone.

Dip the ladyfingers individually into the strawberry puree, place them inside a tin and spread some more strawberry puree on top. Now add the mascarpone, and then again dipped ladyfingers. Lastly, spread mascarpone on top and enjoy with good concience.
