500 g | strawberries |
3 tablespoons | NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia |
250 g | curd, 20% fat |
2 tablespoons | milk |
2 tablespoons | coconut shavings |
200 ml | heavy cream |
how it's done:
Wash, hull and chop the strawberries. Place the bite-sized strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon NO SUGAR SUGAR.
Combine curd and milk and whisk until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of NO SUGAR SUGAR and the coconut shavings. Whip the heavy cream and fold into the mixture as well. Layer the coconut curd inside a glass, alternating with the strarberries. Done!
