Ingredients |

1 cup | oats |
2 cups | milk |
2 tsp. | Erythritol+Stevia |
at will | Chia seeds |
át will | fresh fruits |
How it's done:
Put the oats together with the cold milk and the Erythritol+Stevia in a pot and let it boil.
Allow to simmer for 2-5 minutes while stirring until the desired consistency is made.
Add fresh fruit and chia seeds to the finished porridge as desired.
