Porridge with Chia-topping

Ingredients

1 cup oats
2 cups milk
2 tsp. Erythritol+Stevia
at will Chia seeds
át will fresh fruits

How it's done:

Put the oats together with the cold milk and the Erythritol+Stevia in a pot and let it boil.
Allow to simmer for 2-5 minutes while stirring until the desired consistency is made.

Add fresh fruit and chia seeds to the finished porridge as desired.
