50-100 ml | sparkling water |
250 g | strawberries |

how it's done:
Mash the banana using an immersion blender. Place Erythritol+Stevia and all the other ingredients for the pancakes in a bowl and mix well. Rub the frying pan with some oil and place small heaps of batter in the pan. Once the top of the pancake forms small bubbles, carefully flip it over using a spatula. In the meantime, whisk together curd, the strawberry fruit spread, Erythritol+Stevia and water. Wash and hull the strawberries and fold them into the curd. Sweeten if necessary.
Bake all pancakes as described and serve with the curd and fresh fruits.
