2 EL | ASIRA Chia-seeds |
1 TL | Erythritol+Stevia |
200 ml | almond milk |
1 | ripe mango |
How it's done:
Peel the mango, remove it from the stone andmix it in the blender until a thickly slippery mass is formed. Spread the mango mass onto 2 dessert glasses and place in the freezer for approx. 2 hours.
Add the ASIRA Chia seeds with the Erythritol+Stevia into the almond milk and stir for 1-2 minutes until the seeds begin to swell. Pot the chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
When the mango mass is no longer too fluid, the chia pudding can be placed on top of the chia pudding. Put it back into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to form a pudding-like consistency.
Before serving it can still be decorated with nuts or almonds.
