1 teaspoon | butter |
how it's done:
Whisk grape juice, lemon juice, NO SUGAR SUGAR and sour cream. Wash grapes. Caramellize the almonds with one tablespoon of NO SUGAR SUGAR in a pan and add the butter. Soak gelatine in water, squeeze out the excess water after 5 minutes and dissolve in some heavy cream inside a pot on low heat. Now add the gelatine to the sour cream mixture. Whip the remaining heavy cream and fold into the sour cream together with the grapes. Fill into glasses and decorate with grapes and brittle.
This delicious dessert can be prepared in advance easily.
