Curd Dessert

ingredients

300 g curd
300 g plain yoghurt
300 g pureed wild berries
150 g wild berries (frozen or fresh)
4 tablespoons NO SUGAR SUGAR

how it's done:

Mix curd, yoghurt and NO SUGAR SUGAR. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons pureed berries. Fill into glasses, cover with the remaining puree and decorate with fresh or frozen berries.

Chrissi's Tip: When using NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol and Erythritol+Stevia you should let the dessert sit for about 30 minutes, because the sugar substitute takes longer to dissolve in the curd-yoghurt mixture.
