Baked apple dessert

Ingredients (2 Glasses)

250 g yoghurt
8 g Vanilla Sweet
2 Apple
2 tbsp. Organic Coconut sugar
2 tbsp. Rum
Orange
some cinnamon
some cream

How it's done:

Remove the apples from the core, quarter them and dice them. Put the apple pieces with the Organic Coconut sugar in a pan and heat until the sugar begins to caramelize. Deglaze with rum. Squeeze the orange and add 4 tablespoons of the juice and simmer until the liquid has evaporated. Let cool down.

Mix the yoghurt with Vanilla Sweet and layer alternately yoghurt and apple pieces in glasses. If you like stir the cream with some Vanilla Sweet and put it on the dessert.
