30 g | Dark chocolate or chocolate drops dark chocolate |
That's how it's done:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix with the remaining ingredients to a smooth dough. Then spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approx. 20 minutes so that the brownie cake is still juicy.
Hint: If you like, you can top your brownie cake with melted chocolate without added sugar or Erythritol+Stevia Powder after it has cooled down.
