Russian "Zupfkuchen"

ingredients

150 g flour
50 g cornstarch
2 teaspoon baking powder
100 g Xylitol
1 package Vanilla Sweet
80 g butter
100 g Dark Chocolate
2 eggs
3 teaspoons cocoa powder
200 ml milk
  for the cheese cream
250 g curd
125 g butter
1 package Vanilla Sweet
100 g  Xylitol
1/2 package vanilla pudding powder
1 egg

how it's done:

For the cheese cream, bring all ingredients to room temperature and place them in a bowl. Blend everything together until creamy, using a hand mixer and set aside.

For the chocolate batter cream together butter, Vanilla Sweet and Xylitol then add the eggs and whisk until foamy. Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and add everything to the egg-mixture, alternating with milk. Melt the Dark Chocolate over a hot water bath and fold into the mixture. Grease a baking tray. Spread some of the chocolate batter and press down, creating a cake base. Now spread the cheese cream on the cake base and crumble some of the chocolate batter on top of it.

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
