200 g | butter |
1 | egg |
1 prize | salt |
8 g | Vanilla Sweet |
180 g | Erythritol+Stevia |
400 ml | coconut milk (creamy) |
250 g | spelled flour |
200 g | desiccated cocnut |
3/4 pack | backing powder |
100 g | dark chocolate |
How it's done:
Mix the butter, egg, salt, Vanilla Sweet, Erythritol+Stevia and coconut milk to a slightly foamy mass. Gradually insert the spelled flour with the baking powder. Add the desiccated coconut and stir thoroughly.
Place the cake dough on a baking sheet, which is laid with baking paper, and bake at 160° C for about 45 minutes.
When the cake is baked, spread with liquid chocolate (NO SUGAR SUGAR sugarless chocolate), allow to cool and portion into handy cuts.
