Egg Liqueur Cake

ingredients

250 g margarine
170 g NO SUGAR SUGAR Erythritol+Stevia
1 package vanilla sugar
200 g flour
1 package baking powder
4 eggs
2 cups egg liqueur
200 g chocolate sprinkles

how it's done:

Cream together margarine, NO SUGAR SUGAR and vanilla sugar and add the eggs, one at a time. Combine baking powder and flour and add to the mixture. Add the egg liqueur and the chocolate sprinkles last. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin and bake at 160°C for about 60 minutes.
