Easy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

1 cup  Organic Almond Flour
1 cup  Erythritol+Stevia
8 g  Vanilla Sweet
1 cup  Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup  Oil
1 cup  Ground Nuts/Almonds
Eggs
1 pck. Baking Soda 
1 pinch Pink Himalaya Salt
1 cup Sour Cream

How it's done:

Beat the egg white with the pinch of the Pink Himalaya Salt until stiff. Mix the yolks with the Erythritol+Stevia, oil and the sour cream and add the other ingredients step by step. Put the batter into a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 to 60 min.
For true "chocoholics": Add a melted Chocolate Drops cast
