1 cup | Erythritol+Stevia |
8 g | Vanilla Sweet |
1 cup | Cocoa Powder |
1/2 cup | Oil |
1 cup | Ground Nuts/Almonds |
3 | Eggs |
1 pck. | Baking Soda |
1 pinch | Pink Himalaya Salt |
1 cup | Sour Cream |
How it's done:
Beat the egg white with the pinch of the Pink Himalaya Salt until stiff. Mix the yolks with the Erythritol+Stevia, oil and the sour cream and add the other ingredients step by step. Put the batter into a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 to 60 min.
