That's how it's done:
For the bottom, first mix the egg and the skyr, add the remaining ingredients and knead well. Spread the dough in a greased springform pan.
Then mix the cream cheese with the quark and add the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture on the base. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 45 to 60 minutes on the middle shelf.
Hint: After half the time, cover the cake with aluminium foil and continue baking so that it does not get too dark.
