Buttermilk-Coconut-Slices

Ingredients

2 cups  Erythritol+Stevia
2 cups Buttermilk
1 prize Himalayan Salt
8 g Vanilla Sweet
3 Eggs
4 cups Flour
1 pkg. Backing powder
For covering:  
200 g Coconut rasp
1/2 cup Xylitol
For the cast:  
200g Cream
150g Butter

How it'sdone:

For the dough mix well together Erythritol+Stevia, Vanilla Sweet, buttermilk and eggs. Mix the flour with the Himalayan Salt and baking powder and stir in the dough. Place the dough pastry on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Then mix the coconut rasp with the Xylitol and spread over the dough.

Bake the cake for 20-30 minutes at 180° and take care that the coconut rasp do not become too dark.

Bring the butter together with a cup of cream while baking. After baking, pour the covering directly onto the hot cake.
