400 g | cream cheese |
250 g | sour creme |
2 | eggs |
1 | egg yolk |
2 tbsp. | white organic almond flour |
150 g | Xylitol |
For the flan case: | |
60 g | Oreo cookies |
60 g | oat flakes |
50 g | butter |
How it's done:
For the bottom melt the butter, finely grind the biscuits and mix everything together. Put everything in a baking tin and press it on the ground without any free spots.
For the cake mix all the ingredients together and also fill in the baking tin.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour and put into the frige for additional 6 hours.
Optionally you can make a chocolate-glaze from our sugar-free dark chocolate and give it over the cake before serving. Simply heat the chocolate in a water bath until it is liquid and brush over the cake.
