For pure indulgence with 80% fruit only the best and choicest plums are used. Sweetened exclusively with NO SUGAR SUGAR® instead of sugar.

Jellies, marmelades and fruit spreads are combined under the main name jam. But why is our "jam" actually a fruit spread? Fruit spreads made from fruits mixed with alternative sweeteners, e.g. with agave syrup or as in our case with Erythritol+Stevia are not covered by the jam regulation. As soon as no sugar is added, these fruit products can no longer be called jam, jelly or marmelade, and therefore it bears the name fruit spread. In fruit spreads, the proportion of fruits and sugars is not regulated. Thus, our fruit spreads can be produced with at least 80% fruit and without added sugar in the varieties apricot, wild berry and strawberry.
